Indeed, a company may loose the access to their Talk2M Account if the administrator of the Talk2M Account leaves the company or if they simply do not remember the credentials and who was the administrator of the account for example.
If you face such a situation, you can request to set an email address for the Talk2M Account Administrator and be able to recover the account access through the "Password Lost" feature.
To do this,
- Open a support ticket on the HMS Support platform
- Select the product group "Talk2M Account Changes"
The Ewon "Talk2M Account Changes" product group is used for any change that a customer would like to do to a Talk2M account. This will be handled by BU Ewon directly and will allow a fast and direct action to any changes needed.
- Complete the attached Excel document with as much detail as possible and provide it via the ticket for verification. The information you provide will be used to verify that you are the real owner of the Talk2M Account.
