POSSIBLE CAUSES / ANSWER
The M&A subscription is valid for a duration of 12 months.
Once a license or subscription is activated on a Netbiter, it is associated with a specific account and remains active.
The license expiration date is always set to the end of the month, one year from the activation date on the Netbiter.
Also, it is very good to know that multiple licenses can be added to a single device if it is expected to be in use for multiple years, with each license adding another 12 months of subscription.
All purchased licenses must be activated within a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

Example:
In the event that a subscription package is purchased, the following scenario applies:
If you activate a subscription key for a Netbiter on April 1st, 2023, the subscription will remain active until April 30th, 2024.
If you activate a second license for another Netbiter on May 4th, 2023, that subscription will end on May 31st, 2024.
However, if you choose to activate all licenses on the same day in April 2023, they will all be valid until April 30th, 2024.
