Talk2M Free+ Services are provided for free and as-is to the HMS customer.
This article will describe why it can happen that the account gets blocked and what to do to in this situation.

ISSUE / QUESTION / SYMPTOM
HMS will provide the Talk2M Free+ Services if the monthly consumption related to respective Talk2M services respects the usage limits of the Free+ contract. If the consumption of the services exceed the predefined limits for a specified period, the Free+ account will be permanently capped, and it will no longer be possible to exceed the monthly limits. Monthly consumption is measured from the first of the month until the last day of the month.
If a warning is sent three months in a row, on the fourth month the systems will be suspended due to overloading the account.
The fifth month everything is working fine, but if you are using again too much traffic, it will generate again a one-month suspension.
POSSIBLE CAUSES / ANSWER
The data limit for a Free+ account is 3GB / month. This said, you can use more data than that, but after 3 months of excessive data usage, the traffic is automatically blocked when you pass the 3GB limit.
The solution is to upgrade the account to Talk2M Pro.
To lower the consumption on the account, please check so that not KPI/M2Web are enabled, and the PLC discovery function is disabled after the intervention.
