IH1Error, Error in the communication of IACCC device with the AC unit

Hello,

Hope someone can help me here, I have raised a support ticket but so far the agent only provided me the installation manual which I already did everything as per the manual.

I just installed the  INWFIDAI001R100 AC cloud gateway to my Daikin AC unit but the app keeping showing this error "IH1 Error in the communication of IACCC device with the AC unit", the wifi connection is good and I tried several power cycles and also played with the DIP Swith settings and nothing seems to work, could you please help?

The cloud gateway was connected to the Indoor unit P1 and P2 ports as per the instructions, the wifi connection is strong and steady. Not sure why I got this communication error.
