FLB 320A connection error

Hi,

I have many eWons Flexy+FLB3204 (EU) applications running in Brazil/Chile/Uruguay. However, HMS has now changed the flexy extension card to FLB320A (EU), and we having difficulties configuring this card. I applied the same configuration to both cards, but only the FLB3204 went online. the FLB320A flashes a green light but doesn't stabilize the internet connections.

Could you help me with some tips to solve this problem?

Same SimCard/antenna to both extension cards 

Application - Flexy 201 + FLB3204 EU /FLB320A

Firmware version - 14.8s0

  Hi 
  Please open a support ticket as we will need to see a backup of the Flexy with the event logs to determine the cause of this problem. You should not post those on a public forum.

  Once we have helped identify the problem we can report back here to help others who might face the same problem.
