AC Cloud Login Issue

As of this evening, I am unable to log into my AC Cloud app account.  Im getting a message that my US or PW isnt valid.  I then tried to password reset but a white screen appears and nothing happens.  Kindly help..  Thanks

  Hi Jeffrey,

  Have you tried doing the reset via a browser instead of the APP? https://accloud.intesis.com/login

  What behavior do you observe if you try it this way?
