SD Card for Flexy 205
If I recall correctly the documentation says you can use up to a 128 GB SD card. But, they must be formatted "FAT32". We use the FLB3205, and FLB3204 cellular modems. When we swap the modems, we just put the appropriate SD card in, reboot, and it loads the appropriate configuration. I had mucho problems when the 128GB cards were formated to "exFAT", which Win 10 says is reverse compatible with FAT32 and FAT16. They are NOT (at least 100%)! The Flexy205 didn't see the cards at all. I had to track down 32GB SD cards, which is the largest size you can format to real FAT32. After this, the Flexy205 loaded the SD card configurations perfectly. FYI: or any comments?

Flexy doesn't run Windows. You need to use FAT32. You can use a larger card if you format with Linux I believe.

Thanks for the fast response. Is there an SD card format option on the web interface of the Flexy205? I don't have a Linux machine nearby, has anyone else tried to format an SD card > 32 MB to FAT32 in Linux?

You should be able to use Windows for the 32 GB card:

Thanks Kyle. I checked it out. It must be my version of Win 10 Pro (10.0.17763). I tried Explorer, Disk Manager, and the Command Prompt command methods. In Explorer and Disk Manager, the only options are NTFS and exFAT. The Command Prompt produced similar results:

I'll try Linux (my Raspberry Pi) sometime.
