Can't connect to Panel View Plus Enterprise via eCatcher

Unable to connect to HMI over eCatcher VPN using Panelview Plus Enterprise, but can ping and can connect with RSLinx. Enabled BroadcastForwarder in Cosy 131, PLC Discovery in eCatcher, and updated the firmware to 13.2s1, but still cannot connect.

Kyle this was all working in the past. Now I cannot even download a change to the hmi. Plc works fine.

I am having difficulties seeing a Panelview Plus 7 HMI behind a Cosy. Cosy is set as gateway (172.16.1.254) Panelview (172.16.1.72) is visible to ping from the remote computer and I can remotely access the panel via its remove viewer (VNC Viewer). I can see the HMI in RsLinx with the ETH driver, but it doesn't show up in the Transfer Utility (9.00 Rockwell). Since RsView uses Rslinx Enterprise (5.9.00) any Ideas?

He said he was able to connect by explicitly adding the device in FactoryTalk Control Console. Which means he wasn't able to get discovery working, but maybe that will work for you for now as I research this more.

Wasn't working, but once he added the PLC and HMI manually, it started working.
